IMLou...

Okay people i'm leaving at lunch to make my long way to Louisville with my riding padnahhh Tim! He's doing IMLou as well, so we wanted to ride this course before we get there in August. I just don't seem to be motivated this year..one injury after another kind of gets to you sometimes. I feel okay right now, left hip/butt still bugging me, hopefully it won't hurt to badly this weekend.

Of course in the Kona Shelley fashion, I'll have pics/video to record this most awesome adventure along the way..:-)
